Meet the People Behind the Most Customer Friendly Company in the World

Late last year, Diligent had the great distinction of winning the title of “Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year” at the Best in Biz Awards International. It’s a moniker we’re incredibly proud to wear and is a reflection of our unwavering commitment to provide world-class service to our customers.

Far too often companies invest in a new technology, sold on the high hopes of rapid adoption and immediate business impact, only to discover after the sale they’re up the creek without a paddle, left to figure out how to roll-out the tool, train users, and keep up-to-date on new features on their own. That usually means slower implementation and less engagement with the tool. In some cases, you might have just been better off without the technology.

Our approach at Diligent couldn’t be more different. We firmly believe our customers’ success with the product is a direct reflection of our success as an organisation. That’s why we assign each client a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers who are with you every step of the way – from formulating your ideal implementation plan to training a new director who just joined your board.
