Diligent Boardbooks presents Outstanding Achievement Award at ICSA’s Excellence in Governance Awards

LONDON, NOVEMBER 13, 2013 — This year’s Outstanding Achievement Award at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators’ Excellence in Governance Awards was presented to Craig Hunter FCIS, by Charlie Horrell, EMEA Managing Director of Diligent Boardbooks Limited (www.boardbooks.com), provider of the world’s most widely used board portal.

Craig Hunter is the founding director of VERSEC, an award-winning business which provides corporate compliance and governance services to businesses around the world, ranging from Stock Exchange listed companies to sole traders. He was Deputy Secretary of a FTSE 100 plc for seven years, before moving into sports management: in 2012, he was GB Chef de Mission for the London 2012 Paralympic Games, responsible for 300 athletes and 250 support staff across 20 sports, the most successful-ever British Paralympic team.
